The training and personal experience of the partners (a captain and two architects) immediately gave a particular imprint to this company, suggesting it’s not a simple carpentry shop but a supplier of a qualified technical service that goes from executive design to “turnkey” production of furnishings for mega yachts. Characterising elements of this management are competence, professionalism and, above all, the continuous search for very high quality production.
Mobilart has its own well-defined philosophy. It does not intend to be just a production site but
a meeting place where people with a lot of experience find themselves collaborating with others who are at the beginning of their career, combining their respective experiences. This takes place in a multicultural context where the differences that matter are not those relating to the different birth countries, which in the company range from central Europe to Africa and the Far East.
In its corporate philosophy, the management of the company has always considered as a priority the relationship of close collaboration, of trust and respect with the workers. Workers’ professionalism, experience and sensitivity give that definitive contribution which makes “mobilart” one of the most important companies in Europe and in the world in yacht furniture production.
Despite the strong production capacity, which allows it to deliver up to 15 yachts every year, the decision of the partners was to keep the characteristics of artisan quality of their product unchanged, willing to pass on the ancient Cascina furniture art. This was and is still nowadays possible thanks to the contribution of a tested staff of architects and technicians combined with the professionalism of the workers who every day manage to give shape to the requirements of the shipyards and to the dreams of the owners “creating unique pieces”.
